"Phuket Articles " Property Pages

The articles listed below, include recent contributions from Phuket LandSearch staff  (to our in house Blue Book and other  regional publications), re prints of a range of  articles by other property professionals on the island and an older  archive of articles written by Phuket Land and originally  published in the Phuket Gazette - which  have thus been dubbed the Gazette Property Pages.


The Phuket Gazette is Phuket's local fortnightly English language newspaper, which unlike the glossy tourist magazines available in Phuket (and other tourist centers around the world) is targeted to a great extent at the local expatriate market.

These articles, which appear in chronological order with the most recent at the top of the list, vary in content from general primers on the local market, to more detailed discussion of questions raised by my readers.

Please take some time to read them, because you should find that most of the questions that you may wish to ask about Phuket have already been covered in one or more of them.
